LPC-Intern Supervision
I am a Certified Texas LPC Supervisor, and one of my greatest joys is to provide guidance and assistance to Licensed Professional Counselor –Interns.
I offer individual supervision, and group supervision with peers who are gaining experience in a wide range of professions. My goal as an LPC Supervisor is to provide a holistic approach, as counselor-interns incorporate their professional experience to all facets of their life.
My approach includes staffing of clients, discussing theory, treatment goals and therapeutic interventions, ethical decision making, confidentiality, documentation and accountability. I will work with you to find the counseling approach that best fits your theoretical style.
We will utilize professional problem solving to create solutions for any issues that may occur in your place of work.
We will work together to educate you about all the resources that are available in the community to benefit your clients, and for your own professional development.
